Robert Card recently started wearing hearing aid before mass shooting that killed members of deaf community

Robert Card, the Army Reservist who allegedly opened fire at a bowling alley and a sports bar Wednesday night, had been suffering from hearing loss in the months leading up to the rampage -- in which at least four members of the deaf community were killed.
